Responsibilities
- Patient Hygiene: Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming to ensure optimal comfort and dignity.
- Vital Signs: Accurately measure and record blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Assistance with ADLs: Provide support with Activities of Daily Living, including toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance.
- Medication Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in a patient's condition or behavior to the nursing staff immediately.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for all residents and patients.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Current CNA license in North Carolina required.
- Experience: No prior work experience required. We are looking for candidates with a strong willingness to learn.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, push, and pull patients as needed; ability to stand for extended periods.
