Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Transport patients safely within the facility and to appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support infection control protocols and maintain a clean environment
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train you!
- Must be at least 18 years old with high school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Current CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license if transporting patients
