Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation safely.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA license in the State of Ohio.
- CPR and BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
