Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) and mobility.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Provide basic bedside care and emotional support to patients and families.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Document patient care activities and changes in patient condition accurately.
- Assist the nursing staff with wound care and medical procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license currently active in Florida.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital, nursing home, or home health setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Compassionate attitude and dedication to patient care.
- Reliable transportation and background check clearance.
