Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfer patients safely using Hoyer lifts or walkers.
- Administer medication according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Current Florida State CNA Certification (Active).
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and move patients and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
