Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
- Document patient care plans and update medical records accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients and family members.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA certification in the state of Nevada.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
