Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized care plans including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with therapeutic activities and social engagement programs

Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent long-term care or hospital experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification from a recognized provider
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
