Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming.
- Turn, reposition, and transfer patients to prevent bedsores.
- Document patient care plans and report changes in condition to the nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Basic Arrhythmia (optional but good) certification.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
