Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and health documentation
- Mobility support and safe transfer techniques
- Companionship and emotional support for residents
- Collaboration with nursing staff on care plans
- Maintaining clean, sanitized patient environments
- Responding promptly to resident needs and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform lifting and transfer tasks
