Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Support nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Communicate effectively with care teams and families
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility protocols
Qualifications
- Active Indiana CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation for varied shifts
