Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with patient hygiene, mobility, and personal care tasks
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support as needed
- Transport patients safely within healthcare facilities
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and infection-free environment
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a clinical setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification from a recognized provider
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly/disabled patients
- Proficient in electronic health record documentation systems
- Clear background check and negative TB test results
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
