Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs and document resident observations accurately
- Transport residents to medical appointments and social activities
- Prepare and serve meals while accommodating special dietary needs
- Maintain clean and sanitized resident rooms and common areas
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergencies
Qualifications
- Current North CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
