Responsibilities
- Delightful patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Mobility support and safe patient transfers
- Collaboration with RNs on care plan implementation
- Maintaining clean, organized patient environments
- Assisting with medical procedures as delegated
- Timely communication of patient condition changes
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Background check and drug screening clearance
- Flexibility for day/night/weekend shifts
