Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care and emotional support to patients and families.
- Document patient care activities and medical information accurately.
- Collaborate with nursing and allied health personnel to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Georgia.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing program (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Diploma).
- CPR (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and mentorship.
