Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to reduce loneliness.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff immediately.
- Administer medication as directed and supervised by a healthcare professional.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid CNA or Home Health Aide certification is a plus but not strictly required.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, patient attitude.
- Reliable transportation is required.
