Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions under supervision.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Document daily activities and communicate changes in patient status to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required (training available).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for caregiving.
