Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming with dignity.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to ensure clients feel valued and heard.
- Administer medication reminders and track daily intake.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Monitor client health status and report any changes to nursing staff immediately.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, shopping, and social activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- CNA or PCA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to assist with lifting and mobility.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
