Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and recreational activities
- Maintain detailed care records and report health changes promptly
- Perform light housekeeping duties and ensure safe home environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
