Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming) while maintaining client dignity
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities using company vehicles
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to care coordinator
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeing
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical care tasks
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Passionate about elder care with compassionate demeanor
- Reliable transportation to Las Vegas client locations
