Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Engage clients in meaningful social activities and emotional companionship
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care coordinators
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
- Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure safe living environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant training/certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screening
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Physical stamina to assist with transfers and mobility tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
