Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe environment.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in a client's health condition to the nursing team immediately.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders in accordance with care plans.
- Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Transport clients to and from medical appointments or social activities as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
