Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain detailed care records and report changes in condition
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Kansas driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate nature with genuine love for seniors
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience in home healthcare or senior care preferred
