Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Engage in companionship activities (conversation, games, walks)
- Administer prescribed medications according to protocols
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate patient demeanor with strong communication skills
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility (bending, lifting)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
