Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and empathy skills
