Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer prescribed medications and vital sign monitoring
- Light housekeeping and errand services
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with care team and family members
Qualifications
- Colorado state HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year home health experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexible schedule availability
- Experience working with geriatric or disabled populations
