Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation for clients
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Document care activities and maintain accurate client records
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
- Uphold strict confidentiality and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a certified Home Health Aide
- Valid Texas HHA certification and CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Proficient in care documentation systems
- Background check and TB test clearance required
