Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping duties
- Administer prescribed medications under professional supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Current Arizona HHA certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Clear background check and negative TB test result
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate demeanor and patience working with elderly clients
- Basic computer skills for documentation
