Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and facility protocols
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide patient/family education on health conditions and treatment procedures
- Maintain sterile environments during procedures and adhere to infection control standards
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- EMR proficiency (experience with Epic a plus)
