Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient intake/output, and other clinical observations
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Support healthcare professionals during treatments and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in clinical setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills for documentation
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
