Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform routine patient care tasks under RN supervision
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families
- Follow HIPAA compliance protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Active Illinois CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to assignments across Chicago
