Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Support infection control protocols and maintain sterile environments

- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare teams for coordinated care

Qualifications
- Active Minnesota CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in acute care or long-term setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to multiple Minneapolis locations
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including holidays
