Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and maintain patient safety protocols
- Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and facility-specific policies
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- CPR/BLS certification from an accredited provider
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Clear criminal background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Miami healthcare facilities
