Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and patient positioning
- Document patient care accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Support patient dignity and emotional well-being during care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Qualifications
- Active Kansas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in a clinical setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Kansas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proof of negative TB test within last 12 months
