Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or specialty units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and facility protocols
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Respond to emergency situations with critical thinking
Qualifications
- Active MA RN license in good standing
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- 1+ years acute care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- EMR proficiency (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
