Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Adhere to facility-specific protocols and safety standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred for ICU/ER roles
- Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts with flexible availability
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
