Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and facility-specific protocols
- Manage emergency situations with calm professionalism
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred for critical care roles
- Flexibility to work day/night/weekend shifts
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
