Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ER, ICU, Med-Surg, and specialty units
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs, document patient progress, and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and facility protocols
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington or Florida state
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to diverse clinical environments
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts including nights/weekends
