Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory hygiene
- Prepare materials for dental procedures
- Manage patient records and digital charting
- Instruct patients on post-operative care
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and front desk staff
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Texas dental radiography license
- Experience with digital imaging software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- CPR/BLS certification
- Attention to detail and infection control expertise
