Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative and surgical treatments
- Prepare and sterilize instruments while maintaining OSHA compliance protocols
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging with precision
- Manage patient charts, inventory, and supply chain efficiently
- Deliver exceptional chairside assistance with focus on patient comfort
- Train new team members on clinical workflows and safety standards
- Implement infection control protocols in all treatment areas
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or X-ray license (RDA/CDA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of chairside experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Dentrix practice management software
- CPR certification and BLS training
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to multitask in high-volume clinical settings
- Strong attention to detail in infection control procedures
- Spanish language proficiency highly valued
