Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with strict safety protocols.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and proper positioning.
- Take and develop dental X-rays (radiographs) and digital images.
- Provide post-operative instructions and educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Manage patient records accurately and efficiently using our dental practice management software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinical workspace.
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (RDA) or graduation from an accredited dental assisting program.
- CPR and BLS certification required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a dental setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, terminology, and sterilization techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
