Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during dental procedures including restorative, endodontic, and surgical treatments
- Prepare and sterilize instruments/equipment following OSHA protocols
- Manage digital radiography and intraoral imaging systems
- Execute infection control protocols and maintain clinical hygiene standards
- Assist with patient education on oral hygiene procedures
- Manage inventory ordering and supply chain logistics
- Coordinate patient flow and appointment scheduling efficiency
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or DANB required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with Eaglesoft or similar dental software
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy laws
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Colorado state dental radiography license
