Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Take dental X-rays and perform chairside duties
- Manage patient records and digital charting systems
- Coordinate treatment plans and post-procedure care instructions
- Oversee inventory and ordering of dental supplies
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification (RDA or DA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with digital imaging and practice management software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and dental board regulations
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- CPR certification
