Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including oral surgery and restorative treatments
- Perform digital radiography and intraoral imaging with precision
- Manage sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for seamless clinical workflows
- Deliver exceptional patient education on oral hygiene procedures
- Maintain accurate digital patient records and charting
- Coordinate lab cases and digital smile design workflows
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification or RDA license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in digital imaging (XDR, CBCT) and practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification with current renewal
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and OSHA compliance protocols
- Exceptional communication skills for patient education
- Ability to multitask in high-volume practice environment
