Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Assist dentists during exams and complex treatments
- Take and develop dental X-rays with precision
- Maintain strict sterilization protocols and infection control
- Manage patient records and digital scheduling systems
- Provide post-procedure care instructions
- Order inventory and manage dental supplies
Qualifications
- Current California RDA or Dental Assistant certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency in digital radiography (Dexis/Sidexis)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and dental safety standards
- Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
