Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures using advanced chairside techniques
- Prepare and sterilize instruments while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Manage digital X-ray systems and intraoral imaging
- Administer patient care protocols including fluoride treatments
- Coordinate patient flow and optimize scheduling efficiency
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and inventory systems
- Support front desk operations when needed
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA required
- 2+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry
- Expertise in digital radiography and practice management software
- CPR/BLS certification with current renewal
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Exceptional patient communication skills
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
