Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures including four-handed dentistry
- Take and develop digital dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments per OSHA standards
- Manage patient records using Dentrix/Epic software
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
- Coordinate lab cases and inventory management
- Support front desk operations as needed
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant program or equivalent experience
- Active Washington State Dental Assistant certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with digital radiography and practice management software
- Exceptional patient communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and infection control expertise
