Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures using provided advanced equipment (digital radiography, intraoral cameras)
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following OSHA protocols
- Take and develop dental X-rays with digital imaging systems
- Manage patient records using our modern practice management software
- Provide chairside support during restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Administer patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with digital radiography and dental imaging equipment
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or Dental practice management software
- Strong knowledge of infection control protocols
- Exceptional patient communication and chairside manner
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
