Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance during complex dental procedures
- Manage digital patient records and scheduling remotely
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take digital radiographs and impressions
- Administer patient education materials
- Order supplies and inventory management
- Assist with billing and insurance documentation
- Maintain OSHA compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or RDA required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Experience with Eaglesoft/Dentrix software
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently on remote tasks
- CPR/BLS certification
- North Carolina dental radiology license
