Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and dental operatory for procedures
- Assist dentists during complex treatments and surgeries
- Manage digital radiography and imaging systems
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate patient scheduling and insurance verification
- Provide chairside assistance with dental software (Epic, Dentrix)
- Train new staff on clinic protocols
Qualifications
- CDA certification or RDA license required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Proficiency in digital radiography and infection control
- Strong communication and patient rapport skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced setting
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with dental practice management software
