Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during complex procedures including restorative treatments and oral surgeries
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with precision and patient comfort
- Manage infection control protocols and sterilize instruments to OSHA standards
- Prepare treatment rooms, materials, and equipment for optimal efficiency
- Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene techniques
- Coordinate digital charting and manage patient records with our practice management software
Qualifications
- Current California Dental Board RDA license or DANB certification
- 2+ years of clinical dental assisting experience
- CPR/BLS certification maintained
- Proficiency in digital radiography and practice management software
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
